  • Annual Core Program (1,600 professionals): Project Manager and Lead Instructional Designer
    • Responsible for creating the project plan, managing work, reporting status, identifying risks, and coordinating with multiple individuals across several areas to meet tight deadlines.
    • Oversaw the NASBA CPE annual review process for 42 eLearning courses, including coordinating with technical reviewers, instructional designers, BU stakeholders and conducting quality reviews on all deliverables within a 2-month timeframe.
  • Annual Audit Intern Onboarding (450 interns annually): Project Manager and Lead Instructional Designer
    • Assisted in planning and execution of program.
    • Consulted on how to best improve the learning experience.
    • Curated a professional skills learning curriculum to enhance the core intern curriculum.
  • Curriculum Management: Managed the 200+ Audit learning catalogue and ensured all asynchronous courses meet NASBA CPE requirements.
  • Instructional Design: Consulted with facilitators from the Audit business unit to create more engaging and effective learning sessions.
  • Process Management: Guided the Instructional Design team to create, operationalize, and optimize an entirely new workflow of deliverables between the Learning team and new vendor. This process served as the template for how other Curriculum Managers across all business units would work with the vendor.
